Abstract:

In this paper we will analyze the communicative approach used in the philosophy of science, that was developed by the German sociologist, N. Luhmann. However we will not constrain ourselves just by the reconstruction of the concepts, stated by the Luhmann, but allow
ourselves to make its' interpretation, offer the context that was "unspoke" by Luhmann, as well as bring our own illustrative material inasmuch Luhmann himself does not spoil the reader by the visual confirmation of his theory. Such a reconstruction will certainly require as a significant reduction, simplification, and in some places a trivialization, as - in general - a very selective attitude toward this highly complex theory. The author of the article from the perspective of the communicative and sociological interpretation of scientific activity analyzes the "classical problems": the authenticity criteria of the scientific knowledge, its autonomy ("geteronomies"), tools of this autonomy achievement; the problem of the foundation and structure of the scientific knowledge, the relationship between concepts and words, theories and methods. In the article it is also analyzed the problem of the communication prohibitions imposed on the ability of the system organization of science (i.e. the delimitation principle), the specificity and opportunity of the social theory, its differences and similarities with the settled classic examples of the theorizing; the peculiarities of the particular types of the scientific observation.
